1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cleat Crew, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Use of Service
Cleat Crew provides shared boat management tools including bookings, maintenance tracking, expense splitting, and document storage. You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
3. Co-ownership and Booking Rules
Members of a boat group share responsibility for fair scheduling and adherence to group house rules. Cleat Crew provides the tools to coordinate; enforcement of agreements remains the responsibility of the co-owners.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription billing is processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cleat Crew is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between co-owners, damages arising from use or misuse of the platform, or any indirect or consequential losses.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
